Hi I am meant to go back to work on the 7th of November, I'm a breastfeeding mum and I plan to continue until my lo is 1. I wrote a letter to work to inform them that I'm breastfeeding but can't wait to return and if they could put something in place for me to feed my lo as I can't pump as I don't produce enough I suggested that my husband bring my lo to me and I will feed him in the car when needed. I received a letter saying that they cannot accommodate me while breastfeeding as they need all members of staff on floor in work hours. They said to either take 3 months off unpaid which I cannot afford or to inform them I won't be able to return. I'm now really worried I'm going to lose my job but I don't want to stop breastfeeding as my lo has no signs of wanting to stop.
