Labor? Or BH?

I feel like I won't realize when my contractions become real labor! They've been coming often and somewhat painful but everyone has told me "I'll know when it's real" but I'm afraid I wont know!

Everyone said this to me. I’m a FTM and would get SO annoyed when people would tell me that. I just had my baby on Tuesday, but I started laboring on Saturday. Its really hard to explain because as soon as I went into labor the pain was so intense I thought it was IT. But when full blown labor started I was literally screaming. I couldn’t walk when the contractions came and I couldn’t talk thru them. I was crying on the floor how painful they were. Thats what people mean by “you’ll know” hard to explain, but you will know it.

You will definitely know! Real labor contractions will get longer, closer together, more painful and intense, and won't go away by drinking water, changing positions, etc. 😊
