Broken leg

My 17 month old LO's daycare called today to say she had started crying and wouldn't stand up so I went to get her and took her to the doctor. After some X-rays they found she had a "toddler's break" in her leg. Nobody at daycare saw her fall, they said they were getting ready to go outside and she started crying and when the lady looked over at her she was on the ground. The doctor said it could have happened even if she just tripped. She now has a cast and is doing ok considering. I've never had a reason to be concerned about her daycare center- she likes going there, everything is done in a very organized manner. I definitely do not think anyone intentionally/maliciously injured her and I also don't think anyone was neglectful. She's very active but not super stable when she runs so I could see her running to go outside and tripping. Am I crazy to send her back to daycare on Monday? I obviously don't want her in an unsafe situation but I also don't want to uproot her and send her to a new daycare with people she doesn't know when my gut is telling me this was just an accident. Anyone ever dealt with anything similar?
