I don't use the paper and I don't squat. I'm just really not concerned about the 15 seconds it takes me to pee on a public toilet. takes me more time to put down the paper than to pee 🙄

It is highly unlikely you are going to catch something from a toilet seat. Unless you have open cuts/wound on your legs or butt, it's not going to happen. Studies have shown that other bathroom surfaces are just as dirty, if not dirtier than the actual seat. Just wash your hands and don't touch the doorknob on the way out because that shit is probably nasty.
