Was on cycle 2 of Fermara (letrozole) and went in for my midcycle ultrasound today, only to find that I had ZERO follicles. First cycle I had a nice one, but nothing today. Very, very sad and frustrated, as now I just have to sit and wait for the next cycle to maybe begin (since I'm not going to ovulate I don't know how that will work?) and have another consultation. <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> and/or injectables next. Sigh.
