Okay so I hadnt had a period in 18 months. No birth control or anything of that sort and I've been actively ttc for 2 years. I've had 8 miscarriages and now an extremely hopeful this month. So last month I started to basically have puberty symptoms. I've had acne when I've never had it before, bloating, growth spurt, boob growth and pain, headaches, mood swings and minor weight loss etc. I thought nothing of it because I always assumed that my hormones were messed up. Well four days ago I had some light pink spotting when I wiped and I just thought maybe it was a little break through bleeding. Two days ago I started cramping and had brown discharge when I wiped but not enough to stain a pad it stopped after an hour and I went to bed. I woke up yesterday to a pad stained with brown blood again so basically I was having a light period and the brown had pink mixed in. Today it is bright red no clots or clumps and about a moderate glow. That started about an hour ago. I no longer have cramps but ocassional discomfort when I love around too much. My usual period was always extremely painful but I haven't had a period since I was 18 so I can't remember much. I am so excited to finally have a period and hope that I am normal again. I have no idea what is going on though and am confused. An I going to be regular again? Or at least a not more regular? Is this a one and done thing? Could I ovulate and conceive after this? I've had extensive testing for the last two years and everything came back perfect. We were all stumped 4 doctors later so I have no idea what happened. I'm just confused scared hopeful and excited. I really want to conceive this cycle. Anybody else go through the same thing? What happened? Does anyone else have any insight? Please help. Also can someone tell me where you get those 50 pack ovulation and pregnancy strips. Its been forever since I've bought them.
