I’m really struggling with my bf at the moment, he disrespects me daily and yesterday on the phone we had an argument he doesn’t like it when I stick up for myself and if I do that he tries to punish me.  Unfortunately this time he told me on the phone he does give a f*** about my opinion or me or care if I hate him and then told me I’m not good enough for him. I realise now I can’t let him get away with this how do I stop myself wanting to text him
