Vitamin C help or hinder implantation??

I take high doses of Vitamin C in the winter, it stops me from getting sick. I just read that this can stop implantation from happening & higher doses can cause Miscarriage. Any knowledge here???

My doctor says excessive vitamin C can cause preterm labor. If I were you, I would take less this winter.

What is considered a high dose? Emergen-C has 1,000mg per packet.

The dose that my doctor prescribed me is of 110mg vitamin C a day during pregnancy. I think that it's enough during winter as long as you take it consistently. Literally everyone around me has gotten a cold and I'm super healthy so it works
