EBF and spotting.

Hey guys. Im Exclusively breastfeeding my 3 and a half month old and just tonight have noticed that im lightly spotting., Is this my period starting? Its probably a stupid question, but im told ebf is 95% effective as a method of contraception. So i couldn't possibly be pregnant.. Could i?
