The human body is amazing! Here I am at 9 months the week before I gave birth and 1 Week after giving birth. (I gave birth at 37.4 weeks to a healthy 7lb Apgar 8 (skin issue) baby! I’ll be honest I didn’t workout through pregnancy because I had placenta previa, which would make me bleed bright red blood every time I workout out. So I gave it up during pregnancy. Overall I gained 25-30 lbs maxing out at 200lbs. I’m 5’ 7” so yes I was carrying a little extra in the beginning but overall I cant wait to start working out gotta get those mom abs.
