I'm laying here with Aspercreme with 4% Lidocaine on my butt cheek praying it will numb it enough to make this first shot bearable. I'm also using a heating pad to relax the muscle and I'll warm up the progesterone oil before drawing it up for injection. I've got all the tricks in play, but I'm still terrified. Anyone else been on the 12 week journey with these shots?!

UPDATE: I did it!!! The cream worked wonderfully and I barely felt a thing! There's a good sized knot there now that my husband helped massage and now I'm back on the heating pad. 😊
