I’ve been so confused lately

So I’ve been going through nausea, headaches, cramps, back pain, acne, heart burn. I am on depo and sure most of those symptoms are from those. I noticed that it’s been 2 months since I started my period, and again I am on depo so I’m not sure if I would start my period cause I’m new to it. It is my second shot so idk. My first shot I didn’t have my period for a month and then after that I started. Around the time eve and glow said I’ll start my period I had brown spotting and discharge for 2 or 3 days. Then I had this weird brown pinkish orange discharge that was a bit heavy. Now I’m getting light brown discharge? I honestly don’t know what going on it’s frustrating and I was getting cramping with the light brown spotting.
