Do I just go in or?

Do I just go in to labor and delivery or call my doctor? Been having strong regular contractions for two days now. Got no sleep last night. I’ve held off and I’m 99 percent sure this is the real deal

Isn't it odd that some practices don't explain to you their protocol for when you need to be seen after hours?  Whether it's for possible labor, or a concern, it seems like something that should be discussed somewhat early on.  I remember feeling really dumb when I didn't know what to do, or who to call, at 26 weeks pregnant when I had a concern but it was after hours.  I supposed I should have asked during a regular appointment, but it never had occurred to me!

Normally you call your doctor so they can meet you at the hospital

I'd call first, I just went in last weekend when I thought I was in labour and I was scolded for it 😳 this whole end of pregnancy deal is so stressful. Good luck dear ❤️

I go into labor and delivery and when it gets closer to push time, they call dr.. every place is different on policy so I would call and ask.

It all depends on your drs practice. My I see four different doctors and they all rotate throughout my entire pregnancy so that when someone does go into labor, one of them is always on at the local hospital.
