Lactose free snacks???
I just recently discovered I'm lactose intolerant but I grew up surrounded by milk full snacks like tres leche cake and hot cocoa, as well as my go to period comfort food being Ben and Jerry's half baked. Any suggestions for good period comfort food that's just as sweet but without milk?
