Weird Preggy Thing?

Has anyone ever had a UTI that wouldn't go away during early pregnancy? I went to the doctors and was prescribed Bactrim, 3 day supply, and today is day four and I still feel the symptoms. I've had a UTI before and Bactrim cleared it right up but I don't think it's doing the job now.
