good evening everyone. So today I bought these. I have read the leaflet and it says to test with the urine from your longest sleep. So does this mean to test with first morning urine daily until I get my peak or can I just do it throughout the day as normal? just wanted to see everyone's opinions❤

And see I’ve never used FMU. You’re going to get your highest level of hormones in FMU. You need to test at a consistent time between 2-5 after a 3 hour hold.

I would test with fmu until you get the flashing smiley. Then I'd test twice a day
