Hcg levels

I posted this in another forum but I've had no reply and I'm anxious lol my hcg levels were done yesterday along with the other blood tests common with a new pregnancy, my hcg levels came back at 547 and I was 4 weeks 2 days does this sound normal to everyone, since miscarrying twins last year I am so nervous I'll loose this baby too thoughts?!
