I'm 7 months pp but I have had the mirena in for about 4 months now and recently I've noticed myself getting panic attacks/anxiety because I feel like my body is forgetting to breath. When I finally catch myself, every breath I take following the attack feels like a strain or like I'm not able to take full breaths. I've researched online and I've seen a couple of posts relating to my story, I'm just wondering if anyone here has had this problem with the mirena (IUD)? Please tell me I'm not alone 😥
