Vitex and evening primrose oil
Has anyone had any success conceiving using either of these?? I've been using epo for a couple months now to help increase cervical fluid cause I was not having like any ewcm and it has helped a ton I started it. I'm now using Vitex for the second cycle and I've heard/read so many good things about it. We've been ttc for 9 months now and no luck. Hoping these will help! Any success stories or tips with using these or any other natural ways to help ??
