Contracting but no dilation 😩
So I’ve been having contractions since last night 7pm and they’ve become closer maybe 5 mins apart. I’m currently 38weeks 4 days and went to the ER finally today and although I’m contracting I am still not open! My doctor said I am about 40% Effaced 😡😩 idk what to do to open up ! Anyone have any suggestions besides walking ? Because I’m super swollen from walking so much I walk at least 45 mins a day if not more and I am running out of ideas .
