kombucha is it okay to drink?

I used to drink kombucha daily! I've read mixed reviews online so I stopped. anyone know if it's actually okay to drink  while pregnant?

Yes it's fine. I love kombucha, ginger ones were awesome for my morning sickness.

It has 0.5% alcohol it has the same amount as orange juice they naturally ferment.. it’s natural but if your worried ask doctor but I’ve been drinking them
