I am at my wit's end. ISSUE #1: My 4yo son refuses to go to sleep without me. He will not accept his dad putting him down to sleep at night. Now that I have a newborn, my time at night is taken up nursing etc. I simply cannot lay in bed with him until he falls asleep anymore. My 4yo fought it SO hard tonight that he is now asleep on the floor of the nursery. Any advice? Can you CIO with a 4yo? I am desperate. ISSUE #;2: My milk came in last night and my boobs have been so uncomfortably engorged all day... so much so that LO can hardly nurse! Tried cold compress, hot shower, hand expressing, nothing works. will it regulate itself soon the more i nurse? 😣
