Out of the ordinary

I’ve had extremely bad back pain, upper and lower for the last 3 days & for the last two random cramps. Sensitive nipples tonight. These are all of out of the ordinary for my usual pms, and af is due tomorrow. Could this be pregnancy symptoms? 😓
