my 1 year old wakes up numerous times at night
Help! My son used to sleep through the night when he was 8 months old- in his own room. After that, we went on a vacation where we coslept and as soon as we got back, he's been waking up every 2-3 hours at night wanting me to sleep with him in bed. How do i break this habit? He will scream unless i hold him and carry him to bed with me.
