Because it's scaring my shitless lol

There is a shape of a person infront of my neighbors house.

I took my trash out so I got a close look of it. I swore it was a person and moved when I was blatantly staring at it. I went outside again to see and it's still just chillin. I am blatantly taking pictures now. It moves only every now and then. I think.

They are home and all that, I see them moving inside. I hope this is just the boogy man from their basement or some shit, I'm just gonna watch it. I'll tell you what happens. If its a person at some point they're gonna have to take a piss or something. It's still for the most part but I swear it moves every now and then. But if it were a person i think they would be like "yo why the fuck are you staring at me"

Edit: I don't know them at all and I am most certainly not walking my little ass over there to be eaten by mr boogy man. Edit: i don't know. They turned all their lights off. I can't see anything anymore.
