Did too much come out...???

This is hair from my head after a shower! I know what y'all was thinking from the title. 😂 sorry - my hair is super long and it takes me about 30 minutes to comb it out anymore and this is only half the amount of hair that falls out. Is this normal to lose this much after one brushing??

I get like twice that amount lol but I have insanely thick hair

Normally humans shed 50 hairs a day. I have thick hair and the most comes out in the shower as I don't brush it often.

It’s normal! People shed up to 100 hairs a day so don’t worry about it! Mines the exact same 😂
