subchorionic hemorrhage ; my story

So I am currently 7 weeks 2 days now 3 . I work a full time job at a conviene store . And on Saturday i was getting ready to close when I felt a big gush in my pants come down , well when I got up I felt it even more . So right away I asked one of my co workers if they saw any blood on my pants ? And she immediately said yes ! I ran to the bathroom . And when I saw the BRIGHT RED blood on my pants all I could think about was the dream I had . A few weeks ago I dreamt that I was at work and was bleeding and just like in real life that’s exactly what happened . Well I told one of the girls who is also and assistant manager that she would have to close down the drawers because I needed to go to the hospital . There is a 24 hour urgent care hospital behind my job which I was so grateful for . Well I’m in tears calling my husband my co workers are so concerned . When I leave and get to the hospital they immidately take me in take my vitals . Get a Uribe sample and send me off to the ultra sound room . Well the tech told me from the get go she wouldn’t tell me anything she does from the ultrasound until a MD reviewed it and talked me . Well there I am laying down crying my eyes out thinking I lost this precious baby .. I let trying to make out what she was doing but couldn’t . Finally she sends me back to my room my husband and daughter are there and my amazing sister shows up . I am just so grateful for my family . Well they hook me up to a IV and they tell me that my doctor is going to come in and discuss my results , well finally he comes in and says my baby has a heartbeat just had a lot of bleeding surrounding my placenta . He said it could go two ways I could prepare for a miscarriage or my bleeding will subside and I will have a healthy pregnancy . I was told I was to be put on bed rest . No lifting nothing pretty much . So I’m sitting in bed now hurting feeling the bleeding subside kind of . I am praying that God guides me and my unborn child and takes care of us both . Ive NEVER had this happen with my first pregnancy . So is there any ladies who have had this happen to ? I am going to follow up with my OB on Monday to be seen but the doctor who saw me at the hospital contacted my OB office and got the on call doctor and he just explained to take it easy and see my OB ASAP . Please ladies I ask for prayers for me and my family ..
