14 weeks 1 day pregnant with number 2

I don't feel pregnant. the only symptom I have is my boobs are sore. I didn't have morning sickness or anything. is that normal? last time I went to the drs they said I have an anterior placenta so I may not feel movements right away. anyone ever have it move!? sorry im so worried. I go back on Tuesday and hoping baby is still healthy so we can do our announcement.
