Is BBT always lower than daytime temp?
I got a spike in my bbt up to 97.98 which I am excited about bc hoping to ovulate! But I decided to take my temp again just to compare after I had woken up and moved around and it was 97.17 and 97.19... shouldn't your bbt be below daytime temp??? Just worried the bbt "rise" was false
