super confused? need answer ? help please?

okay lady's I'm in need of help not sure if I'm just over thinking myself but I have a feeling I'm not . well here goes nothing. OK so I just got off my fertile window a about a week or so ago and I been feeling off late I wake up with a stuff nose , lower back pain, and peeing with a full balder when I barely drink enough fluids special when I'm at work or before bed I don't drink any water and I wake up with a full balder and as well I almost had an accident at work where I tinkled myself and I didn't drink any water all day beside when I got home to eat. can anyone help me and I also been so tired not just for sleep but for walking or anything I have never been tired the way I have
