Ladies please read... I need your advice.

My last period was September 12th, I’m suppose to start my period on Oct 11th or 12th but since Monday 10/2 I have been having brown discharge when I wipe & alittle on pantyliner. Last night I went to the bathroom because I was having little cramps on left side when I wiped it wasnt brown anymore it was pinkish/light red so I thought I had started my period I woke up today & there was spotting on pad & alittle spotting when I wipe? I normally have a heavy period and bad cramps.. which is odd that I don’t have any cramps. Any one had this? Could it be my period?
