A few months ago it said they will pay $2000 per year and now it's $2000 per lifetime! I called and they said yes it has changed to per lifetime. I had a lot of fertility stuff done this year and she said I only used $413 of that $2000. Does it just depend how the claim is submitted for it to fall in the infertility category? I did two <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>'s so I'm assuming that is the $413 they paid. Maybe blood work and ultrasounds don't fall in that category?
