Chronic Lyme

I was on 100mg of doxycycline twice a day for 4 weeks about a month ago, and recently found out through a lyme support group that the dosage I was given was insufficient and I now need 60 days, 200mg twice a day. The 100mg made me so sick, I only weigh about 80lbs, so any tips on how to not puke out my guts every time I take my medicine?
