Cat scan of chest at 8 weeks pregnant.

Went to the ER yesterday, because I was having chest pains. Long story short, the doctor wanted to rule out a blood clot in my lungs and recommended me to get a cat scan, which he said he got the thumbs up from an obgyn so I went for it. They shielded me with a led blanket from my abdomen down and back, but I'm still sick worried that the iodine got to the baby. I'm 8 weeks today and I heard cat scans are bad during first trimester. Test came bck negative and they let me go, but like I said I'm now sick worried for my baby. Has any of you ladies had one? And if so how did your baby do after? Thank you so much.
