🍍Pineapple for implantation w/ FET
Can anyone please give me some advice on when I should start eating pineapple core during a FET? I know they say to begin right after ovulation. Since we will be transferring a five day blastocyst, technically I will be five days after ovulation when we do the transfer. So should I begin eating pineapple 4-5 days before the transfer? Or wait till after the transfer?
HELP?!
