Bi or Pan?

I know this probably sounds stupid but what exactly is the biggest difference between being bi vs pan? I’m trying to figure out my sexuality

Pansexual means you are attracted to anyone, regardless of gender or sexuality. Bisexual means you are attracted to both males and females. They’re extremely similar, I personally am pan.

Bi is liking any two genders (not necessarily just male and female, just any two) and Pan is liking any gender, or regardless of gender

this is a totally validez question! not stupid. To me, bi means you're attracted to many different genders and pan means you're attracted to people REGARDLESS of gender, like it's not even something you really care about. I use them both interchangeably to describe myself
