Twins?!

Question

I went in for my 6 week ultrasound (super nervous bc I've had a miscarriage in the past), and it was ONE healthy babe. When in for my
 first real appointment at 8 weeks and there were TWO babes in there with healthy heartbeats!! Anyone else get a surprise during their ultrasound?!

Ahh!! That’s amazing! Also gives me hope! I have NEVER been this sick in my life. The nausea and dizziness are relentless. To the point that I’m going to have to quit my morning job and I’ve had to drop two of my five courses this semester 🙇🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️. No complaints though, I’ve had two miscarriages back to back, the last one right around 6 wks so.. as difficult as it’s making life right now, I am still happy for all pregnancy symptoms! I had cramps at 6 wks and scared myself so bad I ended up going to the ER. they did an u/s and saw 1 baby that he said seemed as good as possible “for a 6wk 2 day fetus, given my history” so. I thought twins were ruled out. But I’ve been so sick and still managing to eat SO MUCH that my fiancé constantly tells me it’s twins 😒. Would be too great if he were right!!!
