Starting prenatal vitamins?

I hear you should take prenatals while ttc. When do you start taking them? Any specific brand or dose? Any other advice for a newbie ttc?

I’ve started the month before but its recommended to start 3 months before at least. I got prescribed prenatals from my obgyn but I also bought the one a day couples pack because I want my bf to take them too. From everything I’ve read online the best prenatals seem to be from a brand called Baby and Me because they are food based. Baby dust to you on your journey! ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

I just started taking the vita fusion gummies. I was already taking the vita fusion multivitamin everyday. Something about vitamins makes it hard for me to swallow them.
