Sick 4 month old / Doctors visit epic fail

HONESTLY WHERE DO I BEGIN! I called in around 8AM today needing my 4 month old to be seen and surprisingly I got a same day appt after waiting on hold for 20’minutes , I give them that . So I show up @930 registered him and waited to be called back, which took about 1 hour and half or so . I get roomed by the MA first thing she does is measure him ok cool , next she gets the chief complaint checks his oxygen which ended up being 80 % she said to me “ That is a LITTLE lower then we would like to see” I’m baffled at this point . I didn’t know if she was joking,I was waiting for her to laugh dead ass serious she can’t be serious right?! Then she says ok I’m gonna go get the things I need ,never came back didn’t check his pulse /temp after telling her he was running a fever this morning ! LOL ok this is what got me how in the hell are you going to walk out this damn room knowing this FOUR MONTH OLD BABIES OXYGEN IS AT 80 & not advise the doctor/ nurse/ nurse practitioner ? Then the rest of the circus came in LOL the nurse practitioner says ok so tell me why you’re here blah blah so I told her and she says “ HIS VITALS ARE STABLE” i looked at her like excuse me? So she points at the chart his temp is 99.6 pulse 124 i was seriously disgusted ! Who makes up fake vitals on a sick baby ? That medical assistant CLAUDIA did NOT check my babies pulse nor did she check his temp you can imagine how pissed I am by now. So the NP goes and calls the MA she said I was wrong she did check it with the same machine she used to check the oxygen 😂 so u mean to tell me U got his temp/pulse/o2 all in one ? I’m a medical assistant myself who just so happens to have worked here at this very office who are you trying to fool Girl ?😂 later she comes in and says I’m sorry it’s been a SLOW morning idk what I was thinking I didn’t take his vitals u damn right u didn’t ! PATHETIC ! My son is wheezing and gots a nasty cough only to be discharged with 80% oxygen and given prednisone / inhaler for something the nurse practitioner is calling a “ virus “ from my understanding viruses don’t get treated with medications ... needless to say this visit was a fucking shit show ! Left that circus and went to ER and what do ya know he has bronchitis
