me and my bf been together five years and we had a beautiful daughter who's three & now he wants to have another ...I said so you want me to have more children without being engaged ? 
he said " in due time " 
I took my self off birthcontrol to regulate and kinda detox my body but he now says he wants me pregnant and every chance he gets he's trying so before he bust I have to jump off of him and he thinks it's funny to do it inside me ...
I'm 195 now gaining anymore weight scares me I would love another child but I can't figure out why he wants more kids but not get me the ring I've been waiting for :/

It's not funny for him to ejaculate inside of you without your consent. Talk with him and see what's causing the hold up. Maybe he's scared to do it alone and needs you to walk him into the store and pick the ring for him. Maybe it's about money. The more you know, the better you'll be able to angle for it. Let him know that you're feeling a bit disappointed and disrespected by his choice to wait and that you love him very much and love you're life together and are 100% ready for the commitment.

It's all up to you. You have to decide where you're limits are. For me, I made the decision to not TTC until my (then) boyfriend and I were married. I'm not a religious person, it was just my personal decision. I know that he would have been thrilled if I became pregnant before we were even engaged, but that was a big NO for me. One month after our wedding, I had my IUD removed.
If being engaged, prior to having #2 is important to you, then don't set aside your wants/values, just to make him happy. You don't have to make an ultimatum, just tell him that it's important to you and you're happy to wait until it's (an engagement) what you both want.

I agree with Adrianne. I wouldn't want to have children with someone who has not made a real commitment to me. If you feel strongly about it then by all means talk to him about it. It's more than just a piece of paper. You don't even get to be in the hospital with him if something were to happen. If he passed away suddenly you would get nothing from him. I would put my foot down.
