TTC for almost 7 years now

After the long two week wait I AF visited me right on time. When I told my fiancé he just said 'i think god hates us'. Not that he has ever been a religious person, but we are not sure what is going on. We have an almost 10 year old that was conceived unexpectedly. Now that we are actually trying nothing is happening.

We started going to a fertility clinic a year ago and tried Everything other than IVF ( which is out of our budget at the moment). I had a surgery where they went in and looked to see if they could find anything internally wrong and didn't see anything and they due test performed worked so I didn't have any blocked tubes. He's had his sperm tested and his numbers and motility were above where they needed to be.

We are just so confused. I have tried different vitamins and stuff and nothing. Has anyone got any suggestions or things they have tried that's worked?
