Found my furr baby like this 😞😞UPDATE UPDATE !!

Just came and found my furr baby like this!! Everything else seems fine. Eating , running around like she always does and pooping is fine. Earlier today i was cleaning my front padio maybe she ate something or something bit her? I just cleaned her with hydrogen peroxide and put some hydrocortisone cream.. hopefully in the morning its all gone😞😞 any recommendations, any otc meds ?

I will be taking her to the vet in the morning if it doesn't clear up.

Update: woke up this morning and its clearing but when she scratches thats when it irritates the area again.

Update: I took her to see her vet . They said it was just allergies due to the weather changes, see previously she has had break outs but nothing to this intense . I would put hydrocortisone spray and she would be fine. Anyways, she got a dexamethasone inj , a convenia inj, and take home meds apoquel and Benadryl. Hopefully this clears everything up! She finally stopped itching!! 😊 crossing my fingers that by tomorrow everything is all gone!
