Is it normal to have light bleeding/spotting after you’ve had Mirena for about 6 months? The only bleeding that occurred during my last period was really light and didn’t really show up on a pad. The only time that I saw any bleeding was when I went to the bathroom and wiped. There also wasn’t a clot when I went to the bathroom is this normal?

Also does anyone feel like working out affects their IUD? I just started working out more and I have had an increase in cramps the past few months when I started to lift and exercise more often. Any insight would be appreciated.
