Implantation? nervous to test 😢 tmi

Sigh... so my next period is due in about a week. I was just intimate with hubby and am bleeding some bright red after...enough that he was like “woah 😳” when we cleaned up. Then he looks at me and says “did your boobs get bigger?” 😰 they do feel like it and are tender but it would take a lot for him to notice that... (they’re already dd’s lol) I hate that pre period symptoms can also be pregnancy symptoms. But would implantation bleeding be that much? It’s coming out as small drops now but maybe the intimacy aggravated it to come out more? I guess I am just avoiding testing... I don’t want to test and be disappointed again... more than 4 years trying and I think I’ll have a serious mental breakdown if I see another negative. 😔
