I have a lot of weight in my tummy area. And I know if I workout, I have to work every part of my body. I can't just get rid of the fat in my tummy.
I haven't done any kind of physical activity that made me actually sweat since like 2 years ago...
I know it's bad. I have started to walk my dog Monday through Friday once a day completely around my apartment complex which has five buildings. So there's a step, but I feel like I need something else and maybe just a little help from someone who knows how to get it done properly.
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated !
