What to bring to hospital??

So I am 36 wks with my first and I have no idea what I need to pack to bring to the hospital (for me and baby). Any advice because I feel like I’m going to get there and realize I forgot something important and be SOL. Help!! 😩😩

Any essentials you forget the hospital should be able to provide for you. This is my second pregnancy, and last time I over packed. Basically all that's in my bag is

For me 
a couple changes of comfy clothes,
 shower stuff, 
Minimal beauty products (hair tie, under eye consealer, face wash, chopstick)
Robe and slippers

For baby
2 outfits
Blanket
(My hospital has everything else for him)

For hubby
Clothes
Contact solution and case

Phone chargers
Nursing pillow

For me:
Comfy pjs w/ easy access for nursing
Nursing bra
Granny Underwear
Comfy pants + top to come home in
Hair tie / bobby pins
A few Makeup items
Body spray 
Phone charger
Snacks & drinks (mostly for my hubby & my 2  kids who will visit, packed hubby a red bull and the kids juice boxes)
For baby:
2 onesies
1 coming home outfit (cute footy)
1 hat 
A pair of socks
2 receiving blankets (to use on baby, or on carseat, background for photos etc) 
1 velcro swaddler (love these hehe) 
Nursing cover (my own preference in case I have any males in the room)
1 warm blanket (for going home, it may be cold out)
A pacifier (I like to try them from the start )

It’s my first time too, so all that follows is from research, not personal experience. I’m taking:
1. Going home outfits for the babies
2. Going home outfit for myself
3. Bath robe and slippers
4. Few pairs of socks
5. Pajama bottoms and a nursing tank
5.5. Comfy pants and a shirt just in case, since I’m having c-section and staying longer
6. Pumping bra
7. Lanolin 
8. Disposable nursing pads
9. Few burp cloths (in fact simple cloth diapers)
9.5. Will have my nursing pillow in the car just in case, but won’t bring it in unless needed
10. Adult incontinence underwear for bleeding
11. Regular underwear and maxi pads as an alternative to #10
12. Toiletries
13. Hair stuff
14. Maybe snacks
