How do you get rid of muffin tops? 🤔

Hey ladies. I just would like to know how to get rid of muffin tops. I’m 13 years of age. And I’ve been losing weight. So far I’ve lost 10 kg and my I want to aim at getting rid of my muffin top. I really do feel insecure about my muffin top. So if there is any effective ways, please tell me.

I would also like to know this. I'm 23 and my muffin top seems to get bigger no matter what I try. This is a very hard spot to lose weight from!

Unfortunately you can’t target weight loss. Muffin tops are also typically genetic. General weight loss could help it. Im assuming your wearing the correct sized pants.

Losing weight isnt going to do that, you need to work out your abs
