With my first pregnancy (2year old son), I didnt have any noticeable symptoms. this time around, about 11.5 weeks, I'm not feeling pregnant at all. My belly feels soft and I haven't been able to find a heartbeat with our Doppler (although I did at 10 weeks with my son). I'm trying not to worry because I know its early but I dont feel pregnant at all and I'm nervous/anxious for the next ultrasound because I just want to see and know that this baby is growing.
