first time having sex...

well im 17 and I've never had sex but ive been with my boyfriend for a little over a year now and i honestly wanna spend the rest of my life with him. We always said when the time is right and we're both ready we'll have sex. But i think im ready and idk how to have the conversation with him. we both agreed it would be out of love and to not have our whole relationship be about it. He's a virgin too so idk if he's even ready. people tell me I've waited this long i mine as well wait until marriage but i know thats not gonna happen lol. any adivce on the first time and talking to my boyfriend about it?
