Should I give her the cash?

My cousin threw my baby shower over two years ago and it was amazing. We had 80 people over and she just did so much to make a shower I would be into. She also got a pool together to buy me a nice stroller, though jr was second hand, she paid like 500$ for it. Well now I’m going to sell t to a friend of mine who is having a baby and I honestly don’t want to charge her much because she’s my friend and I’m just so happy for her but I feel my cousin would be put off if I didn’t ask for some money. 
So first question is would you be annoyed if u were my cousin in this situation and I didn’t ask for much? How much would u ask my friend for? Considering is a 4 year old stroller. 
And after all that, do you think I should offer the money to my cousin?

It was a gift. You don’t have to account for it to your cousin. If you want to give it away, you can. And certainly don’t give any money back to your cousin for it.

If the stroller was already second hand and you’ve had it for two years, I personally would just give it to my friend.  I’ve given plenty of my things to my friends and have never given money to the person who originally bought it for me.

It was a gift. You don't have to give the money to your cousin. She shouldn't be annoyed that you're re-gifting/re-selling it when you no longer have any need for it... why would she expect you to keep it forever? :P Go ahead and re-sell it! I don't know how much you should charge, though.

I wouldn't charge your friend unless you want to. I doubt your cousin is looking for you to pay her back for the things she bought you, they were gifts and you're not obligated to give anything back for that. 
Now if she doesn't have kids then maybe you should throw her a shower just as great as yours when the time is right.
